Fineblanking Services
Sko-Die’s fineblanking capabilities, expertise and Feintool presses deliver precision components with cleanly sheared surfaces over the entire material thickness in a single operation. Tolerance range is traditionally within one one-thousandth of an inch. Fineblanking provides production cost savings by maximizing efficiencies and eliminating secondary operations.
Sko-Die’s Fineblanking operations include the following:
- (2) 160 ton Feintool Fineblanking presses.
- (2) 250 ton Feintool Fineblanking presses.
- Material Thickness range of 0.060” up to 0.375”.
- Round parts up to 5.00” diameter and straight edged parts up to 8.00” in length.
